A&A Mortgage Services was established on the 1st June 2000 by its Senior Partner, Annelie Ash, who initially joined the Financial Services Industry in 1990. All of our advisers have been attained the full Financial Planning Certificate and Mortgage Advice Qualifications.

We have access to a mortgage sourcing software that provides us with over 4000 different mortgage products, including 125% mortgages, buy to let, enhanced income multiplies and the facility to submit on line applications to a selection of lenders. Furthermore, we only charge a fee of £50 to cover our administration costs as we also recieve commission from the lender.

A&A Mortgage Services believe that all clients should be able to benefit from Independent Advice for Mortgages as well as associated protection products, such as life assurance, critical illness and accident, sickness, unemployment cover.

From the 1st November 2004 A&A Mortgage Services became directly regulated by the Financial Services Authority for advising on and arranging mortgages. Our registration number is 300333 and further details can be found in our Initial Disclosure Document.
